I just visited the place for the first time a couple of days ago. Food was delicious, but a bit too pricey for the size in my opinion. The overall experience was very pleasant.
The Scotish breakfast was outstanding. A lot of food for the money, with plenty of variety. Very pleasant management and servers
Popped in for lunch earlier very friendly staff, I had soup falafel wrap and an Americano, 11.90! So reasonable and the Cullen skink was lovely. We also got marinated prawns in tomato sauce with sourdough bread , the sauce was delicious and the bread was very fresh. Really great place would highly recommend - a hidden gem!
I’ve been traveling for over a week in the UK. Mostly Scotland. I’ve gotten the veggie Scottish breakfast almost every morning at different places. This is by far the beast I’ve had. Each bit is full flavor. What a delight.
Lovely cafe with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's always a bit daunting eating alone as a solo female, but I felt properly looked after. Delicious food (shakshuka with toasted sourdough bread - amazing!) and I noted that the kindly owner and the young lady server went above and beyond for other diners. Loved the music and the general vibe. I will most definitely eat here again when I'm next in Edinburgh.
Our server was the most lovely guy ever! He gave us 2 cakes on the house. Caesar salad was the best one I’ve had and the music was so cute overall just amazing Im so going again
Cute wee cafe, lovely food and great service
Fantastic place in the Stockbridge area, slight off brand from the other restaurants and cafes which makes it even more appealing. Fantastic value lunch deal and excellent service. I will definitely be back!
